SAVOURY CHEDDAR MUFFINS!!!


Ingredient:

3 1/2    Tsp baking powder
2          Cups all purpose flour
1           Tsp salt
1           Egg, beaten
1           Cup milk
1           Cup grated chedder cheese
2/3       Cup California Raisins
1/4        Cup butter or shortening

Method:

1. Shift the flour with the baking powder, salt, and paprika.
2. Cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients until just moistened.
4. Spoon into well-greased muffin pans.
5. Bake at 425 oF for 25 minutes.

Serves: 12
