7 DAYS METABOLISM DIET!!

Your favorite dress is superb but a little bit tight. Its time to take an action to look better. Here is the "7 days metabolism diet" which fastens/triggers your metabolism to drop a few of those unwanted kilos and you are ready to look gorgeous again in your favorite dress.
This diet consist of 4 meals a day. You have to eat all four meals with three to four hours gap in between each meal. You should follow this diet strictly to get desired result. Cheating will stop the effect of this diet. Don't forget to drink 2 litres of water per day. Ketchup, lemon juice, mustard, low fat dressings and herbs can be used for seasoning the meal. You can also drink herbal teas, black coffee and any one diet soda per day.


DAY ONE:

MEAL 1:

Two hard boiled eggs

MEAL 2:

A glass of low fat milk


MEAL 3:

One fresh apricot

MEAL 4:

300 g of chicken

 
DAY TWO:

MEAL 1:

One tuna salad plate

MEAL 2:

300 g of roasted beef


MEAL 3:

One fresh apple

MEAL 4:

2 scrambled eggs


 DAY THREE:

MEAL 1:

150 g of cottage cheese

MEAL 2:

5 fresh strawberries


MEAL 3:

A handful of mix nuts

MEAL 4:

300 g of turkey slices
  

DAY FOUR:
  
MEAL 1:

Three suasage links

MEAL 2:

A glass of low fat milk

MEAL 3:

One fresh peach

MEAL 4:

300 g of chicken


DAY FIVE:

MEAL 1:

300 g of delicious shrimps

MEAL 2:

One bowl of green beans

MEAL 3:

One fresh grapefruit

MEAL 4:

A bowl of oat-meal


DAY SIX:

MEAL 1:

A bowl of mix salad

MEAL 2:

170 g of low fat yogurt

MEAL 3:

A bowl of pinto beans

MEAL 4:

One fresh kiwi


DAY SEVEN:

MEAL 1:

2 scrambled eggs

MEAL 2:

300 g of roasted beef

MEAL 3:

One fresh apple

MEAL 4:

A bowl of baked beans

After two to three days of gap you can repeat this diet for more better results.
